Working Process:

  • Solar Energy Generation – Solar panels absorb sunlight and convert it into direct current (DC) electricity using the photovoltaic effect.
  • DC to AC Conversion –A solar inverter converts the DC electricity into alternating current (AC), making it suitable for powering the atta chakki.
  • Flour Milling Operation – TThe atta chakki uses the generated electricity to grind grains into flour efficiently, just like a conventional electric mill.
  • Energy Storage & Backup – Extra solar energy is stored in batteries, allowing the mill to run smoothly on cloudy days or at night with no sunlight.
